General

These terms govern the use of the after-school services of "Adva's Afterschool" (business id 021346978), located at Yehuda HaNasi 76, Herzliya, and the registration and payment terms for them.

Registering for the program and using the payment services constitutes acceptance of these terms.

The service and its provision

The service is an after-school childcare program for children, on the days and hours set for each child at registration.

The service is provided on an ongoing basis throughout the active months, according to the program calendar.

Payments

The monthly fee is set by the number of attendance days per week or by the product/plan chosen for the child, and is billed as a full monthly charge — no proration for joining or leaving mid-month.

Payment can be made by credit card. Charges are processed via the Grow (by Meshulam) clearing provider, and a receipt is issued after each payment.

In an installment plan, the amount is spread across several months according to the number of payments set.

Cancellation and refund policy

You may cancel the registration at any time by written notice to the contact details in these terms.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the calendar month in which notice was given; no charges are made for the months after that.

No refund is given for a month of activity that has already started, except as required by the Consumer Protection Law.

Cancellation is handled in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and its regulations.

Liability

The program works to provide the service professionally and according to accepted procedures.

The program and those on its behalf are not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the service, beyond the liability imposed by law.

Age and eligibility

Registration and payment are made by an adult parent or guardian (18 or older) of the child enrolled in the program.

Privacy and data

The program takes accepted precautions to protect the confidentiality of the information provided by parents.

Information is stored and used only to operate the program, manage registration and attendance, and process payments, and is not shared with third parties except to provide the service or as required by law.

Credit-card details are processed by the clearing provider and are not stored in the program's systems.
